Ushuaia port is stunning, 180 degree views of mountain peaks in every direction, glaciers, beautiful hotels. Today would normally be the day that we say our goodbyes and board a charter flight back to Buenos Aires for a safe flight home. Given the COVID circumstances we would spend another week on board the ship with Quark Expeditions looking after us as though we were still out to sea. They were fantastic and giving us updates daily. Argentina brought us out an extra supply of food and necessities, and life went on. And that’s another story!
